Are you stressed and need a break? I am Yvonne Steinecke, certified forest health trainer, and I invite you to dive into the atmosphere of the Dölau Heath with all your senses. In my forest experience tours, we combine conscious perception exercises with targeted mindfulness impulses — smell, taste, touch, hear and see what the forest gives you. This experience tour strengthens mental and physical health, helps reduce stress, improves sleep and concentration — and you learn practical exercises that are easy to implement in everyday life. Individual appointments for groups, as a team building event, are also possible.
