For me, coffee and the perfect espresso represent a moment of peace in which everyday life stops briefly and everything revolves around aromas and tastes. Since my youth, no topic has occupied me as permanently and at the same time captivates me as coffee. That was the reason to found Rotbart Kaffee in 2018 and to show you the craft of baristi with the same joy and the right, professional way.
