I am Teresa — creative course instructor, mom and room opener.

At Mama Art Lab, I combine my passion for art with my love for genuine, honest cooperation. I believe that creativity is healing — especially in phases of life when you give a lot and spend little time with yourself.

My courses are not about achievement or perfection, but about expression, community and rediscovering one's own inner space. I work intuitively, with an eye for detail — and with genuine joy in what can happen between people.
