Hello! My name is Lorina. I received it from my parents 31 years ago for my birthday. Since then, I've grown a little longer, can go to the bathroom myself and have to file my tax return. But according to my dad, I laughed when I was only half born. My mission to motivate people and make them healthier makes me jump out of bed in the morning. I want to show everyone that living healthily is not an exhausting sacrifice, but a fun gain! At the same time, I am interested in how knowledge can be transferred in a fun and entertaining way. Especially during Corona, we all sat in boring online seminars; camera off, hanging up laundry and learning nothing. I wanted to change that and have managed to ensure that my online workshops are always described as entertaining, fun and interactive according to the feedback! I therefore support other trainers and managers in designing and moderating good workshops and meetings.
