My name is Swapna Bajaj and I was born in South India (Mangalore). I moved to Vienna at a young age. I was born with a love of food, and my passion for cooking has developed over time. I am a full-time teacher of office management (IT) at a higher school in Vienna. I not only want to show people how the computer world works, but also to enchant them with Indian cuisine. Indian cuisine has a variety of aromatic spices, and if you use them correctly, you can achieve an explosion of taste. This is how the idea of organising cooking classes was born.
