Evolutzer stands for real experience, meaningful impulses and creative practice.
We are a team of experienced coaches and outdoor trainers — united by the passion to inspire people through real experiences.

Our places

Our home is in Neuhausen auf den Fildern and Stuttgart — with our own rooms for workshops, advice and joint work, both indoors and outdoors.
For courses with even more nature, space and fresh air, we use our archery on Wangener Höhe (Stuttgart-Ost) — surrounded by greenery, with views and plenty of space to take a deep breath.

Depending on the format, we offer space for 4 to 20 people — flexibly, personally and with room for development.

What makes our courses special

Our formats combine experience, learning and community — with head, heart and hand.
In doing so, we rely on real practice instead of gray theory:

Intuitive archery (ages 8 and up) — for focus, body awareness and fun

Coaching & development — from group and team competence to time management and leadership training

Outdoor cooking — cooking with fire, taste and community

All our offerings are practical, creative and down to earth.
Whether with colleagues, friends or alone — we always create something lasting: from encounters, from experiences, from real action.
