Evolutzer stands for courses, workshops and experiences that get people back to action. Behind us is a team of experienced coaches,
outdoor trainers and creative practitioners who have one thing in common: We believe that real development doesn't just happen in the seminar room, but above all through experience, movement, encounter and joint action.
Die Evolutzer was born from the idea of combining coaching, nature, craft and experience in a meaningful way. We wanted to create offers that do not look artificial but are genuine: outside by the fire, with a bow and arrow, with tools in hand or in a joint conversation. Formats in which people not only listen, but also try out, experience and take with them.
Our courses take place primarily in the Stuttgart and Neuhausen on the Fildern area. For many outdoor formats, we use our archery on Wangener Höhe in Stuttgart-Ost, surrounded by greenery, with beautiful views, fresh air and plenty of space to breathe deeply. We also have our own rooms in Neuhausen auf den Fildern and Stuttgart, which we use for workshops, consulting, coaching and creative offerings, depending on the course format.
What makes us special is the combination of experience, practice and personal development. For us, it's not about gray theory or artificial show, but about real action. Our participants experience how focus is created in intuitive archery, how community grows in outdoor cooking or how new perspectives become visible through coaching and craft practice.
Our offers are aimed at individuals, families, groups of friends, companies and teams. Whether it's outdoor cooking, intuitive archery, coaching, team events or creative workshops: Each format is down-to-earth, personal and designed with lots of experience.
Depending on the offer, we work with small groups of around 4 people and larger groups of up to around 20 people. This leaves enough space for exchange, guidance, shared experiences and an atmosphere in which everyone feels in good hands.
