What to bring to the class
Please wear comfortable yoga/ sports clothes. If you want, you can bring your own mat, a towel, or something to drink. Otherwise, you will find everything you need for practice at be yogi Campus.
What is included in the class?
At be yogi Campus & Retreat, everything is prepared for you: We provide you with all yoga tools such as mats, blocks, straps, blankets and meditation cushions. You can also expect a warm cup of tea and time for your questions or a brief exchange in a relaxed atmosphere. You can simply arrive and enjoy.

What you’ll do in the class
In Somatic Yoga, Josefine accompanies you through slow, conscious movements that take you step by step back into your own body awareness. You do not practice according to external forms, but from your inner sensibility: What does tension feel like? Where is space created? What changes when you slow down?
Through this form of practice, your nervous system can have new experiences and gently question familiar patterns. Movement, breath and perception combine to create a calm, clear practice that brings you back to your body.
The course takes place in the sheltered setting of the forester's lodge — surrounded by nature, in a small group with a maximum of eight participants. This quiet, personal atmosphere creates space for individual experiences, questions and genuine discovery. The result is a retreat feeling that carries you and at the same time remains suitable for everyday use.
Who is the class suitable for?
If you notice that you are often in your head, feel tense or restless and want more connection to your body again, this course can help you slow down and become more aware of yourself. If you are curious to practice yoga less performance-oriented and more from inner experience, you will find a suitable approach here. You don't need any previous knowledge — just the willingness to get involved and feel.
