In the sheltered setting of the forester's lodge on the Ahaweg, an atmosphere is created in which you no longer have to achieve anything — but can simply be there, carried by silence and warmth.
What you’ll do in the class
In this yin yoga class, you practice calm, stretching postures that are held for several minutes. With aids such as pillows, straps and blocks, you can sink into positions completely relaxed, without effort or pressure. In this way, tensions are released, blood circulation is stimulated and the nervous system enters a regenerative state. The practice is gently managed, clearly structured and embedded in the quiet surroundings of the campus — with proximity to nature, a small group and space for individual arrival. After the lesson, there is time to find out and have a cup of tea in a relaxed atmosphere.
