Welcome to a delightful trip to the land of good taste! France is not only home to baguettes, croissants and haute cuisine, but also the undisputed queen of wine culture. Here you don't just drink wine — you live it. And it is precisely this “life like God in France” that you will experience in our wine seminar!
From timeless classics such as Chablis and Bordeaux to tempting Provence rosé — we take you on a richly illustrated tasting tour from north to south. But France has more to offer than just names that people like to pronounce with an accent. Discover exciting secrets about major grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay — the stars that have long since conquered the whole world.
In addition to the best wines, we answer questions that every wine lover (or at least every amateur drinker) has already asked themselves:
- Cuve, barrique or oak chips? What does the French winemaker really play with?
- Assemblage — the puzzle of wines: Who invented it and how does it all come together?
- Champenoise method or traditional method? So you can shine the next time you make champagne toast.
- Syrah or Shiraz? Where the pepper grows — or rather, the grape.
- Which wine goes well with which dish? So that your next dinner is just as French elegant as the wine.

- Welcoming the participants from 6:45pm by the wine speaker
- Hearty snack before and during the seminar
- Beamer presentation with emotional images about the various wine regions
- Tasting of 12 French quality wines (6 white, 1 rosé, 5 red) as blind tasting, i.e. without label and price information
- Tasting using the basics of wine sensory and structured tasting techniques
- Information about growing regions, grape varieties and special features of the wines
- Lots of useful tips on food pairing, service and wine storage
- Answering questions about wine
