- Tasting of 12 Italian quality wines (6 white, 1 rosé, 5 red) as blind tasting, i.e. without label and price information
- Tasting using the basics of wine sensory and structured tasting techniques
- Information about growing regions, grape varieties and special features of the wines
- Lots of useful tips on food pairing, service and wine storage
- Answering questions about wine
