About this experience
Dive into the world of edible wild herbs — during our interactive wild herb cooking class in Erfurt, you will learn about at least two seasonal herbs under expert guidance and then process them into a delicious 3-course menu with starter, main course and dessert in our outdoor or indoor area.
In a relaxed atmosphere, we combine nature experience and enjoyment — ideal for curious people, nature lovers and anyone who appreciates fresh, healthy cuisine.
An outdoor kitchen and our mobile cooking area await you with expert instructions.
Please note that we bring the event forward during the winter months — for example at 14:00, 15:00 or 16:00 — so that the wild herb migration still takes place during daylight. A flashlight hike would of course also be an experience.

In my workshops on wild herbs, mindfulness and natural cosmetics, you will experience special breaks in the midst of nature in Erfurt. With a lot of experience and heart, I will make sure that you relax, learn new things and feel completely at ease.
