Dive into the world of edible wild herbs — during our interactive wild herb cooking class in Erfurt, you will learn about at least two seasonal herbs under expert guidance and then process them into a delicious 3-course menu with starter, main course and dessert in our small outdoor or indoor area.
In a relaxed atmosphere, we combine nature experience and enjoyment — ideal for curious people, nature lovers and anyone who appreciates fresh, healthy cuisine.
A small outdoor kitchen and our small, mobile-friendly cooking landscape are waiting for you with expert instructions.
Please note that during the winter months, the event must be brought forward due to the wild herb migration, e.g. 14:00/15:00/16:00, as we would otherwise go on a flashlight hike, that would of course not be an issue either.
