Arrival & introduction
Welcome, introduction with short nature meditation & introduction
Create natural colors together under guidance — you get your own mini color palette.
Creative phase of free, intuitive painting and presentation/reflection
Preview of the sequel (4 weeks, 1.5 hours each)
Week 1 — Advanced: Plant colors and their moods — Short introduction to color effects and color psychology
Design a natural color diary (small sketchbook)
Week 2: Earth, Stone & Ash — Pigments from Earth, Clay, Ash or Sand
Topic: “The color of the earth — connection to the root”
Week 3 & 4 — Conclusion: Your natural color painting
Intuitive or free design of a final image with all pigments from the past few weeks

Adults and creative people who want to combine mindfulness, art and nature — no previous experience required.
