About this Tour
Experience a leisurely tour around Lake Störmthal near Leipzig. You start with an introduction and then explore the Leipzig New Zealand region with an experienced guide on a Segway personal transporter. The 3-hour tour covers a distance of 26 km and is perfect for beginners.
Along the way, the guide will explain many special features and progress in the recultivation of the former coal mine.

- 30-minute instruction on how to operate a Segway
- Short exercise period for all participants
- Start of the guided tour around Lake Störmthal
- Ride on mostly paved cycle paths (26 km total distance)
- Individual breaks and stops with interesting information about the area
- Supervision by an experienced guide throughout the tour
- Return to the starting point after a journey of approx. 2 hours
- We ride with bicycle helmets
Who should take part in this tour?
For anyone who is at least 14 years old and weighs between 45 kg and 120 kg. Not suitable for pregnant women for whom the doctor has prohibited active sports, as well as for people with physical movement restrictions.
