Create a visual expression of your team's identity and hang it in your office!
In the "Big Paper Letters" team building workshop in Berlin, your team gets to create and leave your values firsthand. The letters will embody your company's vision and values. This hands-on creative process strengthens communication and collaboration while producing a unique, meaningful result. At the same time, your team experiences the calming effects of art-making, while stress levels decrease significantly.
Whether displayed in your office or used as a fun way to connect your team with your values and visions, your letters will leave a lasting impression. The finished result can be hung in your office with small metal strips or with magnetic self-adhesive band. All materials are provided. We come to your office location or a location of your choice – anywhere in Germany.
We will plan in advance the specific words or slogans that you want to be painted by your team and discuss any other wishes. Just let us know your ideas.
Important:
20 letters + 5 extra free letters if needed are included and suitable for 10-20 participants. Between 20-40 participants, you can calculate one letter/participant + 5 extra free letters if needed. E.g., 35 participants will get 35 letters + 5 more. For 40 participants, 40 letters are included for your workshop and so on.

What you’ll do in the class
After a brief introduction to the concept and materials, the creative phase begins: the group works in small teams to design individual 3D letters that put together will form your desired text – using paints, brushes, stencils, collage techniques, and markers. The design can be free or based on a previously agreed theme or text – ideally incorporating the company's colors, shapes, and branding elements (e.g., corporate colors, logos, or visuals). Each letter can be decorated individually or in pairs, depending on the group size and dynamics.
At the end, all the letters are assembled into one complete artwork and presented in the room.
The duration of the workshop varies depending on group size and design complexity – typically between 2 and 3 hours.
Who is the class suitable for?
Ideal for companies, organizations, universities, or teams that want to bring their values and vision to life in a creative way – for example, as part of team events (Christmas or summer parties), onboarding sessions, strategy kick-offs, or employer branding activities.
No prior experience is necessary. Everyone can paint – with the right guidance and in a supportive, inspiring environment. The workshop is designed to be inclusive and accessible to participants of all backgrounds and abilities.
