Outdoor Sound Healing Meditation & Abstract Art
Reconnect with yourself in a calming outdoor setting where sound healing meets creative expression. Begin with a soothing sound bath to relax your mind and body, then transition into intuitive abstract art using texture and color. Guided by your senses, you'll create freely without pressure or rules—just a gentle, inspiring space to unwind, explore, and express yourself in nature.
We begin with a deep sound bath, using Tibetan singing bowls and vibrational tones to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring you fully into your body. The vibrations and harmonics activate your parasympathetic nervous system—your "rest and digest" mode—helping stress hormones like cortisol drop. As your brain shifts out of survival mode, it opens up space for exploration, play, and imaginative thinking.
From this state of deep calm and presence, we move into intuitively creating our structure paste work. Here you are invited to follow your impulses, let colors flow, and create without judgment. In this playful space, your inner critic softens, emotions can release, and ideas emerge naturally.
Important: Please bring your own yoga mat.

What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome (get to know each other) and introduction to sound healing
- We begin with a 30-minute sound healing meditation
- After the sound healing we immerse ourselves into the state of creative flow, guided by a professional artist
- Independent creative work: shaping, layering, experimenting, and creating intuitive abstract art
- Group feedback and idea exchange
