About this class
In this 75-minute class, you can expect powerful practice that combines stability and mobility. Strong Roots combines functional yoga, targeted core activation and flowing sequences to form a unity that grounds, aligns and challenges you at the same time.
What you’ll do in the class
We consciously work with strength, balance and coordination to build a stable basis — in body as well as in mind. The practice is dynamic and intensive, but always remains mindful and functional. You'll work up a sweat, strengthen yourself and feel clarity and focus at the same time.
The focus is on the connection: between breath and movement, between tension and release, between inner stability and external strength. The sequences are structured in such a way that you feel supported and yet challenged — always with the aim of feeling grounded, alert and well in your body after the lesson.

Strong Roots is aimed at anyone who is in the mood for a physically present, powerful yoga practice and wants to strengthen their basis — on the mat and beyond.
