Urban Challenger: The interactive team event in Munich
The principle: Forget classic city tours or abstract team building seminars. At Urban Challenger in Munich, you get involved yourself. We'll send you on a mission through the city that focuses on creativity, communication and, above all, lots of fun.
The Special Feature: Our City Challenge focuses on authentic experiences rather than dry theory. By combining our app with a dedicated Live Host, we create a dynamic that builds lasting connections within your team – flexible, modern, and perfectly tailored to your needs.
A mix that connects — the challenge categories:
Competing in teams, you will choose from 30+ different challenges. You don't have to commit in advance. All teams have access to all tasks. During the game, you decide spontaneously which challenges you want to tackle. A colorful mix where every participant can contribute their own strengths:
- Explorer: Discover hidden corners around Marienplatz and unknown spots in the old town.
- Artist: Get creative in the old town. Re-stage the magnificent frescoes on the historic facades or become a work of art yourself.
- Foodie: Taste Munich as you go — try local delicacies at the Viktualienmarkt or a freshly baked pretzel.
- Connector: Strengthen your team spirit and connect with locals — a warm hello or a little chat in the beer garden.
- History: Dive into the history of the city in a playful way, from the electors to urban legends of modern times.
- Nature: Find peace in green surroundings — discover the enchanting English Garden as a green oasis in the heart of the city.
Steps of the tour
This is how your event works:
- Individual starting point: We start where it suits you — whether directly at the office, at the hotel or at a central spot such as Marienplatz or the Viktualienmarkt.
- Ready, Set, Go: Meet your game host for a briefing. After logging in to the app, it starts immediately.
- Master challenges: You complete as many tasks as possible in the given time and upload your photo and video evidence directly.
- Real-time feedback: Your game host moderates the game in real time, reviews your evidence and is always available as a contact person.
- The final: After the time has elapsed, the team with the most points wins the winning prizes.
- Flexible schedule: By default, the event lasts 2.5 hours — but we're happy to adjust the game time individually, from 90-minute action to a half-day event.
- Reminders included: After the event, you'll receive all photos and videos of your challenges as a digital package — moments that you'll talk about months later.
