The morning is still quiet. The day hasn't started yet. There is a special peace in the forester's lodge on the Ahaweg that invites you to arrive slowly — in your breath, in your body, with yourself. This early hour gives you a conscious start to the day, supported by clarity, presence and a sense of inner order.
What you’ll do in the class
In this Sivananda yoga class, we follow a clear, proven structure that appeals equally to body and mind. The practice starts with a short period of relaxation to arrive in the room and in the moment. This is followed by gentle breathing exercises (pranayama), which calm the mind and activate life energy. In the main part, you practice the classic twelve asanas of Sivananda Yoga in their fixed sequence. The lesson ends with a deep final relaxation, in which the effect of the practice can continue.
The course takes place in a small group with a maximum of eight participants and has a conscious retreat character: an exclusive, quiet environment, proximity to nature, time to feel and space for individual questions. This creates a protected frame that gently accompanies you throughout the day.
