The meditation practice that accompanies you through the day
Depending on the date, the retreat is accompanied by either Silence Meditation or Metta Meditation. Both are easy to access and do not require any previous experience.
At the beginning, you receive clear, guided impulses that make it easier for you to get started: In silence meditation, the first sequences are guided, while Metta meditation is guided throughout the day.
Metta is an ancient Buddhist practice that promotes compassion.
