About this experience
Outdoor sports in a group with open-minded women: Work out your stamina, strength and mobility once a week with joy and in good company. Feel yourself getting fitter from week to week and developing a positive body awareness. I will accompany you and guide you so that you can make progress individually.
How does this experience take place?
We meet on Mondays from 4 pm to 5 pm in the Eppendorf Moor and also use the surrounding hiking trails and parks for running and workout training. With small sports equipment and opportunities in the area (benches, trees, stairs,...), I offer you varied and intensive training for your physical fitness. Another focus every time is mobility training.
Who is it suitable for
The course is for women who can jog at least 2 km without any problems and want to improve their endurance, strength and mobility. The focus of this course is on the joy of moving in nature.
