With our team of chefs, you have the chance to get to know the most diverse culinary worlds in our seminar kitchen in Cologne.
For our cooking class, we offer the following menu:
Ottolenghi gourmet menu
- Tunisian-Israeli style couscous tomato salad
- Chicken with miso, ginger and lime
- Baked vegetables with tahini sauce and zaátar
- Spicy roasted potatoes with harissa and sesame
- Ottolenghi's legendary brownies with Barbados cream
When the weather is good, you can also use our large terrace and beautiful garden.
