Oriental cooking class in Cologne: The aroma cuisine of the Orient

Would you like to organise an individual cooking class together with your family, friends, colleagues or perhaps as a bachelorette party?

With our team of chefs, you have the chance to get to know the most diverse culinary worlds in our seminar kitchen in Cologne.

Who is the Orient cooking class suitable for?

With your group of 8 to 12 people (smaller groups are also possible for the price of 8 people), you will learn, cook and, most importantly, try new dishes with professional guidance over a course of 4 hours!

What is included in the Orient cooking class?

For our cooking class, we offer the following menus:

Oriental flavor cuisine

• Chickpea salad with sun-dried tomatoes, olives and lemon yogurt
• Fattoush- Lebanese bread salad with cucumber, lemon, parsley, onions
• Beef stew with black beans & mint, Persian rice with curry & almonds

OR

• Persian red lentil soup with coconut, mustard seeds, turmeric and curry
• Crispy falafel with oriental dips: hummus, sesame paste, yoghurt mint dip, flatbread
• Spicy chicken with apricots and cinnamon, carrot and leek tagine, Persian rice
• Almond pudding with maple syrup and hot cherries

When the weather is good, our large terrace and beautiful garden can also be used for your event.
