What is the process?
The cuisine of the Middle East - like from 1001 nights. Dive into sumptuous culinary delights paired with a very old cooking tradition. More than 1000 years ago, the caliphs of Baghdad collected methods of preparation and ingredients for a wide variety of dishes from the remotest provinces and conquered areas. These were then integrated into local cuisine. But the numerous trade caravans and pilgrims also brought foreign dishes with them, some of which were adopted in the kitchens and adapted to local customs.
