Discover natural beauty care with ingredients straight from nature! At the Erfurt Wild Herb Cooking School, you make your own products from local wild herbs and plants — an ointment, a nourishing bath salt and an aromatic wild herb oil. You will receive in-depth knowledge and everything you need to take home the products you have created yourself.

How does this experience take place?
- Welcome & introduction to natural cosmetics
- Getting to know the seasonally used wild herbs/plants or, if applicable, fruits & their effects
- Preparation of ointment, wild herb bath salt and wild herb oil to rub in together with the phytotherapist
- Processing & shelf life instructions
- Individual production of the 3 products with support
- Possible contraindications are mentioned
- Packing & taking away cosmetics
- Tips for home & relaxed exchange

No previous experience required — ideal as a girlfriends event, gift or creative break.
The participants are personally responsible for their actions and use of the product as well as for reporting any incompatibilities.
