Barre is more than just a workout — it's an invitation to feel your body in a new way. This elegant yet powerful workout combines elements of classical ballet, Pilates, yoga and functional strength training into a flowing, harmonious unit.

How does this experience take place?

Barre is much more than a classic workout — it is a conscious break for body and mind. Each lesson combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga and functional strength training to form a harmonious, flowing unit.

With over 140 varied exercises, the workout remains varied and lively. Work is done on the ballet bar and with small tools such as lightweight dumbbells (0.5—1 kg), balls and resistance bands. All movements are precisely structured and specifically promote strength, stability and an elegant, upright posture.

Strengthening sequences alternate with gentle and dynamic stretches. This defines muscles, improves mobility and makes the body noticeably smoother. Legs, buttocks, stomach and back in particular are effectively strengthened — in a controlled manner, without overload, but with sensitivity and elegance.

The evening course in Vienna is aimed at women who want to consciously switch off after a long day, gain new energy and strengthen their bodies at the same time. Each hour ends with a feeling of erection, inner peace and pleasant lightness.
