About this class

Looking for a creative break without pressure to perform? Under the motto 'Love the Process, 'I invite you to get creative with various materials on paper. This is not about the perfect gallery image, but about the joy of doing, colors and experimenting in a warm atmosphere.

We start off completely relaxed with a nourishing cup of raw cocoa from Peru. This little mini ritual serves as an arrival and “heart opener” to turn off our heads and invite creative flow. The focus of the evening is clearly on trying things out and your personal design process.

What awaits you

After our joint cocoa start, a colorful buffet of watercolor pencils, oil crayons, acrylic, gouache and much more awaits you, which you can use as you please. Don't be afraid of blank pages: I've brought collage snippets and coloring books for adults — perfect for just getting started without thinking twice.

The process counts

We'll spend 2 hours together. What is not finished one evening can be spun on the next time or taken home. It's about simply being there for yourself and leaving everyday life outside the door. The total of 4 evenings can be booked individually, but you are also welcome to attend all dates.

Preparation information

In order to optimally prepare your system for cocoa, I recommend that you only eat light food about 3 hours in advance and avoid stimulating substances (coffee, green tea, etc.).

Feel free to bring your favorite mug if you like and remember to have enough water for yourself.

Good to know: If you don't want to drink cocoa, I'll be happy to prepare a fine cup of tea for you instead — just let me know.

Health advice: Since high-quality raw cocoa has a gentle but noticeable effect on the cardiovascular system, please consult your attending physician briefly if you suffer from heart disease, are taking antidepressants, are pregnant or breastfeeding. In this case, please let me know in advance so that I can adjust the dose for you accordingly.

I'm looking forward to an inspiring evening with you!

What you’ll do in the class

1. Arrival & mini ritual

We start in a relaxed atmosphere with a cup of warm raw cocoa from Peru. This small opening helps you to leave everyday life behind, to fully engage with yourself and to open your heart to creative flow.

2. Time for free design

In the main part of the evening, the time is entirely up to you and your creativity. You use our colorful material buffet and let yourself drift — without setting goals or pressure to perform. Whether painting, drawing or collaging: Everything can be done, nothing must.

3. Joint Conclusion & Sharing

At the end, we come together again in circles. In an appreciative sharing, you have the opportunity to share your experiences or your work — only if you want, of course. This is how we end the evening in a relaxed way and appreciate the joint process.

Who is the class suitable for?

For all everyday time-out seekers who want to consciously dedicate time to their own creativity.
