What you’ll do in the class

  • Introduction to linocut and inspiring examples from art history
  • Develop your own design and transfer it onto linoleum
  • Carve your lino block using professional tools
  • Learn hand-printing techniques – no press needed
  • Print your own edition of linocuts (perfect as postcards!)
  • Experiment with patterns and printing on different materials
  • Take home your finished prints and creative ideas
