What is the process?
The 4-hour cooking class in Potsdam will give you an introduction to Israeli cuisine and everything delicious you can make from it.
- First, you will receive an introduction to regional products
- You can then start cooking yourself:
- hummus, pita, parsley salad with bulgur, vegetables and pomegranate seeds
- Tagine with salt lemon, vegetables and dates Husum salt marsh leg of lamb, saffron rice with barberries and almonds
- sesame ice cream, walnuts and figs
- Finally, you will taste your creations together.
Who is the cooking class suitable for?
The cooking class in Potsdam is suitable for anyone who has an affinity for Oriental cuisine. Therefore, even if you are an absolute beginner, you can take part in the course with us. No previous experience is necessary, we will teach you everything you need.
