Cooking class in Cologne: Asian cuisine

Would you like to organise an individual cooking class together with your family, friends, colleagues or perhaps as a bachelorette party?

With our team of chefs, you have the chance to get to know the most diverse culinary worlds in our seminar kitchen in Cologne.

Who is the Asian cooking class suitable for?

With your group of 8 to 12 people (smaller groups are also possible), you will learn new dishes with professional guidance over a course of 4 hours, cook them and try them!

What is included in the Asian cooking class?

For our cooking class, we offer the following menus:

Asian Cuisine

• summer rolls and spring rolls with sweet and spicy chili dip
• Peking soup - sweet-sour-spicy
• Thai chicken curry with vegetables, snow peas, sprouts, ramen noodles
• Exotic fruit salad with caramelized nut-rice waffle crunch

OR

• Miso soup with shiitake mushrooms, pea pods, lemongrass and tofu
• vegetable curry wok with shrimp, ginger, sprouts and ramen noodles
• Marinated chicken, crispy baked in tempura batter
• Sweet and spicy chili sauce, basmati rice with almonds
• mango coconut mousse and fruity mango parfait

When the weather is good, you can also use our large terrace and beautiful garden.
