Cooking class in Cologne: Asian cuisine

Would you like to organise an individual cooking class together with your family, friends, colleagues or perhaps as a bachelorette party?

With our team of chefs, you have the chance to get to know the most diverse culinary worlds in our seminar kitchen in Cologne.

Who is the Asian cooking class suitable for?

With your group of 8 to 12 people (smaller groups are also possible for the price of 8 people), you will learn, cook and, most importantly, try new dishes with professional guidance over a course of 4 hours!

What is included in the Asian cooking class?

For our cooking class, we offer the following menus:

Asian food

• Green pea cream soup with chilli, coconut and mint
• glass noodle salad with mu-err mushrooms and ginger
• Thai chicken with Asian marinade, baked until crispy, sweet and sour and peanut sauce
• Steamed basmati rice with curry
• Banana and Anna baked with vanilla sauce

OR

• Summer rolls & spring rolls with sweet and spicy chili dip
• Umami soup: sweet sour-spicy
• Chicken Thai curry with Thai basil, snow peas & sprouts, ramen noodles
• Marinated fruit salad with caramelized nuts and rice cakes

When the weather is good, our large terrace and beautiful garden can also be used for your event.
