- Preparing the 5-course meal together:
- Amuse Bouche: mini beetroot & avocado tartare with wasabi cashew cream
- Cauliflower & vanilla foam soup with caramelized hazelnuts
- Roasted herb mushrooms on celery puree, port wine onions & thyme chip
- Truffle tagliolini with parmesan and fresh black truffle
- Chocolate cake with raspberry foam and tonka bean ice cream
