Fantasy & Together — A special journey for young and old
Friday afternoon from 4:30 p.m. — 6:30 p.m.
Immerse yourself in a moving experience for adults and children (6—16 years) that combines heart, imagination and community.
We start in a circle with a cocoa ceremony. Raw cocoa has a heart-opening effect and helps us to calm down, to center ourselves and to connect with ourselves and with each other. Julia then explains in a child-friendly way what power animals are and what symbolic meaning they can have as inner companions.
Everyone can comfortably prepare for the guided drum journey. Accompanied by the rhythmic sound of the drum, the participants mentally move on to their personal power animal. Perhaps you already know your animal — and may encounter it anew or deeper on this journey. In doing so, we discover the qualities and strengths that our spirit animal gives us along the way.
We will then get back together in circles. If you want, you can share your impressions, and Julia helps you to classify what you have experienced and consciously anchor it within. At the end, we sing healing songs together, creating joy, connection and a coherent ending.
This format is suitable for all families who want to immerse themselves in a magical, powerful and special experience together with their children.
What you’ll do in the class
You'll arrive at 4:30pm and I'll welcome you.
We start with a cocoa ceremony in which we open and center ourselves with the power of cocoa. We then embark on a guided power animal trip, during which everyone meets their personal companion from the animal world. Together we let our voices ring out — singing healing songs creates a space of joy, connection and inner strength.
Who is the class suitable for?
For adults with and without children, who want to spend time together with mantras and chants, with cocoa and openness to life and being.
Ideally, the children are at least 6 years old.
