About this experience

In this juggling course in Munich, as an absolute beginner, you will learn the basic pattern of three-ball juggling in an astonishingly short time. No previous experience is required. The minimum age is 10 years. The course is aimed at children and adults — max. 7 participants.

Balance is a fundamental human need. According to current neuroscientific findings, learning to juggle trains the hippocampus in the brain, which is responsible for memory, orientation and neurogenesis. Juggling creates new cells in the brain. Juggling is one of the best balance workouts for young and old — and can be learned faster and easier than many think.

How does this experience take place?

First, various throwing and catching exercises are trained with 1 and 2 balls. In the end, you successfully throw and catch 3 balls in a row.
