A gentle guide to happiness — for creative people
Happiness often appears in small moments: when things get quiet, warm, soft. When we have to stop — and start being.
This workshop is a loving guide to happiness in everyday life. With hygge, the Danish way of life for comfort, deceleration and inner balance, you will learn ways to give yourself more peace, satisfaction and lightness — especially as a creative person.
In a warm, cozy atmosphere, you consciously take time for yourself. With mindfulness impulses, intuitive drawing, free writing and simple hygge rituals, you'll find out what nourishes you, soothes you and makes you softer on the inside.
What you’ll do in the class
We start off very calmly — with arrival, a deep breath and a brief introduction to the hygge feeling. Then we dive into the world of hygge step by step and see how small, conscious moments can support our well-being and happiness.
In the creative part, you draw intuitively and without guidelines — not to create something “beautiful”, but to let feelings and thoughts flow. What you have experienced then goes into a free writing phase, in which words can be created very gently.
In between, there are short breaks, mindfulness exercises and — if you like — exchange in the group. Everything is an invitation, nothing a must.
Finally, take a moment to record what is good for you and what you would like to take with you into your everyday life — as a small, personal guide to happiness.

For creative people who long for more ease, inner peace and a friendlier way of dealing with themselves. You don't need any previous knowledge — just the openness to embark on small moments of happiness.
