About this class
Enjoy a relaxing evening in good company with French wines and cheeses. After a champagne reception with various Amuses Gueules, first try a Rivesaltes Ambré (aged for 5 years) as an aperitif, followed by white wines, accompanied by matching cheeses. The rosé is served with a fine fennel salami or a mild hard cheese from the French Jura. The evening takes you through red country and AOP wines to a strong château wine, combined with a selection of French cheeses — from mild to intense.
