In a stylish atmosphere, we invite you to a delightful evening around the trendy drink gin. Together with our regional luxury sommelier, we taste a fine selection of high-quality gins — from classic varieties to unusual New Western styles.
You will learn interesting facts about the history, production and botanicals of gin and get practical tips on how to combine it with suitable tonics and garnishes. We also serve small accompanying snacks from our kitchen, which round off the taste experience.
Whether you're new to gin or a connoisseur — our tasting offers all connoisseurs an exciting journey of discovery through the world of gin.
What you’ll do in the class
This is how the course works:
After a warm welcome, we start with an introduction to the world of gin — history, production and variety of flavors. Together with our Edelbrand sommelier, we taste several selected gins, combined with matching tonics and botanicals. In between, we serve a coordinated 3-course menu from our kitchen. At the end, there will be time for questions, exchange ideas and a relaxed end to the evening.

Non-alcoholic connoisseurs are also very welcome: We offer our own range of non-alcoholic gins and matching tonics so that everyone really gets their money's worth.
