In this painting course in Cologne, you are invited to discover the freedom of your very own artistic expression. In a calm, appreciative atmosphere, you create a meditative work of art that reflects your inner peace and mood — without any pressure to perform.
There are various materials available, such as acrylic paints, sand, cement, films and more, with which you can create exciting structures and effects. Experiment playfully with brushes, spatulas, and sponges and create a unique picture step by step.
You can work with music or in silence — whichever way feels most right for you. Painting becomes a meditative process that helps you reduce stress, arrive at the moment and find inner serenity. Let yourself be carried away by the world of colors and discover free, intuitive painting as a new form of relaxation and self-care.
What you’ll do in the class
This is how the course works
At the beginning, it's time to arrive and switch off — you dive into the world of colors and leave everyday life outside. In an inspiring studio atmosphere, you will receive an individual introduction and personal support so that you can freely develop your creative ideas.
The course is practice-oriented: just as much theory as necessary, but plenty of room to try out, experiment and design. In a small group with a maximum of 5 participants, there is enough time for questions, feedback and support.
Please come to the studio a maximum of 10 minutes before the start of the course. This leaves enough time to arrive and the course can start on time.
Arriving later shortens your course time by the length of the delay.

The course is suitable for everyone — from curious beginners with no previous knowledge to advanced learners who want to deepen their creative practice or try out a new approach.
