What you’ll do in the class
We start with an arrival meditation and a light circle ritual. This is followed by a guided meditation and a thematic ritual. We then get the energies moving through dance. Finally, there is a short integration meditation and drawing a card together.
Who is the class suitable for?
The women's circle is for all women who long for real connection, exchange and personal growth. You don't need any previous experience — openness and a desire for community are enough.
