About this experience
In the middle of Kranzplatz in Wiesbaden: A large grand hotel from 1905 in which Edgar Allen Poe would have felt at home.
Sir Wilson's wife died tragically. That is why people are invited to a funeral feast in the former breakfast rooms of the palace hotel. Yes, the groundhog greets you every day! Because the two gentlemen in their prime Sir Wilson (Patrik Twinem) and his valet Wellington (Wolfgang Vielsack) do not seem to miss Lady Wilson. They make fun of the silent domestic worker Eleonore (Susanne Müller), appear as Egyptian mummies or have themselves buried alive in a coffin in a dream.
How does this experience take place?
In 2 ½ hours, guests will experience a quirky evening at the theatre with a funeral feast. They find answers to such important questions: “How did the monks get rid of their bodies in the Middle Ages so that the neighbors didn't notice anything? “— Finally, there is the “Mouse on a Skewer” dessert.
The theatre spectacle starts just a few moments before admission, in the immediate vicinity of the theatre in the palace hotel at the Kochbrunnen Temple. From a quarter past seven, you will be greeted there with a glass of sparkling wine or seltzer. The entrance fee includes a welcome drink and the “funeral feast”, a menu that is closely tailored to the evening (vegetarian options are also available if booked in advance).
Who is it suitable for
The dinner theatre is suitable for fans of black humor, macabre experiences and fans of Edgar Allan Poe. Perfect for couples, friends or groups who want a special evening with a mix of theatre, goosebumps and culinary delights.
