Class description
During the advanced course, we repeat the knowledge acquired from the basic course.
We then work intensively with manual mode and create images with exciting lighting settings.
In this photo course, we work intensively with the different lighting situations:
- Shooting in manual mode
- Manually adjust ISO, time and aperture
- Targeted control of image brightness
- Highkey situations
- Lowkey situations
- Understanding and using histograms
- Use of clip-on flashes and folding reflectors
How does this activity work?
- After the introductory round, we briefly repeat ISO/aperture/time and blur. After that, we start with manual mode.
- After the theory part, we go to Piuspark for the practical part.
- In the large outdoor area, we are experimenting with exciting highkey and lowkey lighting settings to bring out interesting motifs in an appealing way.
- Using the histogram, we check the uniform distribution of brightness.
- We will put motifs with flash and small folding reflectors in the right light.
- At the end of the course, the resulting images are discussed with the coach.
Who should definitely take part?
For every camera owner with the ability to manually adjust ISO, aperture and time. Any bridge, system and SLR camera is suitable for this.
