Finally space, time and leisure for your painting
I open my studio for you once a month. A place where you can discover and develop your very own painting style. Be inspired by your creativity and experience how free painting without fixed guidelines inspires your intuition. By “blinking the truth,” as Rousseau describes intuition, the flow of colors and shapes creates a unique dynamic that brings your image to life.
What you’ll do in the class
In the first part of the course, I will introduce you to a new technique every time. This allows you to experiment with traditional and unusual ways of painting. We dive into color theory together and learn about the effects of colors. Sometimes we also take a look at works by other artists and art history — but the focus is on free painting.
In the second part of the course, you can continue working on your pictures or simply paint and draw freely — just as you like. Whether with gouache, acrylic, colored or pencils, charcoal, pastel, wax pencils, ink or ink — anything is possible. In a supportive atmosphere, I help you to solve painting blockages and find your own creative voice. This is how you get closer to your very personal painting style step by step.
Who is the class suitable for?
The course is aimed at beginners and advanced students alike. The number of participants is deliberately limited to 5 participants in order to enable concentrated creative work and so that I can respond individually to everyone.
