On this 2-hour tour, you dive deep into over 300 years of medical history.
From plague house to modern university hospital — you will learn how important personalities such as Rudolf Virchow and Robert Koch revolutionized medicine. During the tour, see one of the oldest preserved teaching buildings in Europe.

- As a public tour in German with up to 15 people
- Bookable as a private tour on request (subject to availability)
- Unfortunately, the tour is not completely barrier-free
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring pets on this tour
- The tour does not include a visit to the Charité ward. The building is a hospital facility with appropriate safety and hygiene regulations.
- The clinic grounds (Charité Campus Mitte) are not accessible for group tours.
- During our tour, we visit the Animal Anatomy Theatre (TAT). As part of closed events, the TAT reserves the right to adjust opening hours at short notice. The TAT is closed on public holidays.
