Brazilian evening:

Heranca Africana!

Everything... Europe, Asia, the Orient... and also the indigenous roots meet here. Today we are getting to know the “heritage of Africa”...

What is the process?

• A lovingly created 4-course menu with selected drinks.
• Menu example:
  • fresh salad with corn tarts
  • Inhame soup with pink pepperberries
  • Bobó de camarção
  • flambéed banana with tonka bean on coconut milk cream

What is included?

• House drinks such as juice, beer, 1/4 l wine (red or white), mineral water
• Not every evening is always the same with us
  • Of course, there is also a cocktail, e.g. a fresh caipirinha, maybe a guarana, an exotic or a freshly prepared juice
  • Sometimes we “only” have beer and sometimes one of our brewing specialties, brewed with spices according to our recipe
  • If you want, you can also take a look at the wine glass - here we work with small wineries and can promise that we will pour you very delicious wine

Who is the course suitable for?

We are not a restaurant nor a cooking school. With us, you can and do “not learn anything.” Maybe you'll discover interesting spices and be surprised by new smells and aromas.

What is certain is that they cook here with love. And with passion. We don't promise anything, but we keep our promises! Welcome to the world of local cuisine.
