Brazilian evening: Brazil — a country like a continent. The rhythm of South America is reflected on its colorful plate, as they say - European, African and Indian influences reflect the diversity of this large country. Brazilian cuisine is exactly the same.

What is the process?

• A lovingly created 4-course menu with selected drinks.
• Menu example:
  • Fresh salad with palm hearts
  • Cassava cream soup with jungle pepper
  • Feijoada Brasileira (black bean stew)
  • Sorvete de Goiaba (guava ice cream)

What is included?

• House drinks such as juice, beer, 1/4 l wine (red or white), mineral water
• Not every evening is always the same with us
  • Of course, there is also a cocktail, e.g. a fresh caipirinha, maybe a guarana, an exotic or a freshly prepared juice
  • Sometimes we “only” have beer and sometimes one of our brewing specialties, brewed with spices according to our recipe
  • If you want, you can also take a look at the wine glass - here we work with small wineries and can promise that we will pour you very delicious wine

Who is the course for?

We are not a restaurant nor a cooking school. With us, you can and do “not learn anything.” Maybe you'll discover interesting spices and be surprised by new smells and aromas.
