Learn the art of watercolor painting in a cozy atmosphere at a watercolor workshop in Dortmund! Create floral, seasonal, cute postcard motifs or try out fascinating gold pigments and curved fonts on paper. The best part: You will receive immediate tips and material recommendations from a professional so that you can continue creating right at home! Book this class with your baby, your mommy friends or the whole playgroup!
If you want to continue your education without having to give up on your baby (especially if it is breastfed), want to have new (sensual) experiences for your baby, want to slow down or even look for creative exchange with other mothers, you've come to the right place.
How does this experience take place?
At the beginning of the workshop, you and the other participants will receive an introduction to the art of watercolor painting with small practical exercises on the most important techniques. You will then receive a postcard sized paper from me for a jointly selected motif, which you will design under guidance after a short demonstration on my part. This gives you the necessary security for the next phase and immediately has an initial sense of success. Now you can use the brush for your selected motifs: create your very individual patterns and motifs with watercolors. Whether floral motifs, tropical compositions or even your own motifs are possible. I provide support and advice in this regard. You can design your products to your heart's content, because a wide selection of motifs and additional materials is waiting for you in my studio.
After 4 hours, you will have created around 2-3 different, individual art products — a great feeling when you hold it in your hand with joy and see what you've achieved.
The course is similar to the regular courses for beginners, just slowed down, in a cozy atmosphere with retreat options for cuddling, breastfeeding and playing with your baby. As a result, the course is one hour longer than normal and is slightly discounted.
Who is it suitable for
This course is suitable for every mom with an infant/baby. Optimally, it can't crawl yet.
It is possible to bring an accompanying person (free of charge). Please let me know in good time. If the accompanying person without a baby would also like to participate, this is also possible for the discounted price.
