About this class
Many teams today work under high mental stress, characterized by permanent availability, sensory overload and increasing pressure to perform. In this mindfulness course, participants experience how they can regulate their nervous system, reduce stress sustainably and get back into real presence through targeted exercises in nature. Elements of forest bathing, breathwork and mindful perception provide a directly applicable toolbox for everyday working life that strengthens concentration, resilience and inner peace.
What you’ll do in the class
The course takes place either at a quiet forest hut in the Dachau area or, by appointment, directly at the company on site. After a short introduction, we start with gentle mindfulness and breathing exercises to get right in the moment and regulate the nervous system. This is followed by guided nature and perception exercises from forest bathing, which specifically reduce stress and promote mental clarity.
In the course of the course, breathing techniques suitable for everyday use are taught, which can be easily integrated into everyday working life. The course ends with a brief reflection and transfer to everyday working life, so that participants take away concrete tools for greater focus, peace of mind and resilience.
Who is the class suitable for?
The course is aimed at teams and companies that are looking for a balance to the often stressful and stimulus-intensive working day. It is particularly suitable for employees who work a lot in their heads, are under heavy mental stress or want more focus, clarity and inner peace.
No previous experience is required. The course is deliberately designed to be low-threshold and is suitable for anyone who is open to learning new ways of regulating stress and integrating more balance into their everyday working life in the long term.
