  • Arrive & mindful perception (20 min.)
    • Introduction to Indian cooking philosophy
    • Breathing and perception exercises to slow down
    • Getting to know the spices and their effects
  • Mindful cooking with Indian spices (90 min.)
    • Preparation of a traditional 3-course meal
    • Conscious cutting, stirring and combining as a meditative practice
    • Smell, feel and taste the ingredients mindfully
  • Eating together & experiencing the aromas (40 min.)
    • Enjoy the food in silence and with full attention
    • Reflection on the effect of spices on body & mind
  • Integration into everyday life (30 min.)
    • Practical tips for implementing mindful cooking and dining culture
    • Small rituals for a more conscious diet
    • Graduation meditation
