Franconian wine bar

I am the wine boom — a Franconian wine bar and wine shop in the middle of Nuremberg. Born out of enthusiasm for good, honest wine and the desire to make enjoyment accessible.
My mission is to make wine tangible without fear of thresholds: relaxed, curious and without complicated rules. The focus here is on taste, atmosphere and good conversations.

The Wein-Bumms is centrally located in Nuremberg city center and combines wine bar and wine shop in an open, cozy space. The atmosphere is calm, warm and inviting — ideal for evenings with small or large groups. Depending on the format, it can accommodate up to 50 people.

The courses and events in Wein-Boom are personal, understandable and pleasure-oriented. Each event is guided and deliberately designed to be low-threshold. Instead of dry theory, it is about experiencing and sharing wine together.

Private and team events are also possible during a wine boom. The location is particularly suitable for groups who are looking for a relaxed, enjoyable setting. The events can be individually designed, personally supervised and deliberately removed from classic standard formats.
