At Urban Challenger, we've reinvented the classic city rally. Our events aren't dry puzzle tours with dusty facts — we're turning the city into an interactive playing field.

- No dead ends: There is no “right” or “wrong” with us. Teams choose from a pool of over 30 different challenges in categories such as Artist, Explorer, Connector, History or Foodie.
- The human factor: Despite our intuitive app, we rely on real interaction. A live game host (remote or on-site) accompanies you, gives real-time feedback on your photo and video submissions and motivates you to perform at your best.
- Creativity over knowledge: Instead of querying annual figures, we challenge your creativity and team spirit. You become part of the city scene and get in touch with the locals.

💡 How it all began: Our mission
It all began with a trip to India. We — founders and brothers Daniel and Simon Heitz — have always been enthusiastic travelers. During a stay in Mumbai, we came up with a playful idea: We wanted to use every available means of transportation in the city in a single day. What began as a spontaneous experiment turned into an unforgettable adventure with no “right” or “wrong” paths — it was all about the fun of absorbing the city in all its facets.
We wanted to share this passion for real discoveries and breaking away from stuck patterns. That's how we founded Urban Challenger. Our mission is to get people away from their desks and right into the hustle and bustle of the city. We want to create experiences in which teams not only see the city, but also interact with it and with each other in a playful way.
