To do something like that with friends. Then the children play much more independently, are really in team mode and you can see how they are completely immersed in the game. That worked great for us and was really cool. Thank you!

Get to know TripLeap

We are TripleAP — and we make family city trips an adventure!

Do you know that? You're planning a nice day in the city, looking forward to culture and sights — and after 10 minutes, all you hear is “I'm bored!” , “When are we finally leaving?” or “Can't we go to the playground?” That was exactly the problem we wanted to solve!

Our mission: We turn classic sightseeing into exciting family adventures where children suddenly run from landmark to attraction and “One more stop!” Instead of shouting “Are we done soon?”.

How it all began:

The idea for TripleAP was born from personal experience. As parents, we wanted to show our children the beauty and history of cities — but traditional city tours? Often a pain for children. Visits to museums? After 15 minutes, patience was over. We realized that children need action, puzzles, stories and the feeling of discovering something for themselves!

So we started developing our own scavenger hunts. Only for our own children and friends at first. We tested routes, worked on puzzles, created characters that kids would love. The feedback was overwhelming: “Sightseeing is finally fun!” , “Our kids really want to do the tour again!” , “That was the best day in Berlin!”.

And that's how a family idea became TripLeap — a mission to make cities a new experience for families.

What makes us special:

We are parents ourselves and know exactly what works and what doesn't. Each of our routes is tested by real families. We know the best ice cream parlors on the go, where the nearest toilets are and where you can take perfect breaks. Our scavenger hunts are not only educationally valuable — they are also really fun!

With our three mascots Vega, Cosmo and Cupcake, we've created characters that kids love and who accompany them through every adventure. The alien siblings Vega and Cosmo discover the city together with their girlfriend Cupcake the Mouse — and your children are helping them!

Our vision: Families should spend time together, laugh, be amazed and learn something about history and culture along the way — without a raised index finger, but with fun and adventure!
